Pickup Point

The pickup point at Lymington is from the public pontoon which is situated next to the public slip in the Bath Road car park.

Directions: From the M27 Junction 1 follow the A337 for Lymington. On arrival in Lymington follow the signs for the ferry then, at the fourth roundabout, go straight across into Gosport Street instead of turning left. At the end of Gosport Street, where the road bears right into the High Street, go straight on into Captains Row. Stay on this road turning left, then right, then straight on for half a mile until reaching a sharp right turn with the entrance to a car park on the corner. The public pontoon and slip will be found on the far side of the car park beyond the Royal Lymington Yacht Club building.

Car parking charges are about £5 for the day and a toilet block is situated in the car park near the slipway. Try the Mayflower pub, next to the car park, for good food and beer.
