Yarmouth Harbour is a non-tidal harbour giving the boats the freedom to get out as and when they wish. Yarmouth is located at the Western end of The Solent with quick access to The Needles and beyond. There is no need to worry about parking as car parking is available adjacent to the harbour. Not only does Yarmouth offer boat fishing, The Island offers a vast variety of beach fishing, which makes The Island the ideal venue fishing holidays. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and accommodation available all year round in and around Yarmouth.

Travelling to Yarmouth is made easy with The Wightlink ferries running from Lymington every 45 minutes.

Pickup Point

Yarmouth boats arrange most of their pickups at Lymington so that anglers can avoid trekking across to the island on the ferry. Pickups in Yarmouth are from the main quay next to the car park. Anglers arriving on the ferry need only walk around the habour from the ferry terminal, for about 100 yards. The ferry operates from Lymington, twice an hour at most times. To get to the Lymington terminal from the M27 junction 1, take the A337 for Lymington. At Lymington follow the signs for the ferry. Cars can be taken on the ferry or foot passengers may park in the large car park at the ferry terminal. Don't forget to let your skipper know where you wish to be picked up.

Comprehensive facilities are available in the new Harbour Office by the quay in Yarmouth including Toilets, showers, washing machines and dryers. The town is also blessed with several good pubs and restaurants within a very short walk of the quay.
